Hi, I’m Jennifer.

I began this practice because I want to help people make sense of what they are eating, support their health, and reduce their fears about food. My passion for this led me to combine being a Dietitian with also being a Health Coach. As a Registered Dietitian, I am licensed and qualified to give specific guidelines and meal plans to those individuals who require medical nutrition therapy. Not all clients need medical nutrition therapy. Maybe they simply want to improve their diets, have more energy, lose or gain weight. Whatever the reason, as a Duke trained Integrative Health Coach, I empower my clients to set goals and create sustainable habits.

How do you picture your best health? Is it a vision of physical fitness, emotional wellbeing, nurturing and supportive nutrition? Perhaps it is being able to chase after children or grandchildren without all the huffing and puffing. Your vision and values when it comes to your health is uniquely yours. I am your coach who will walk along your side to bring you to that vision of a whole, connected, healthy self.

If you are someone who would like to know more about your practitioner’s background, I applaud you because this is important! You want to know that the information and guidance you are seeking is coming from someone who has the appropriate credentials and experience.
